Men I swear

Well here we are again .... Me complaining because my son's bio father has decided to be immature about things. He has now filed with the court system to get legal joint custody of our son and wants residential custody to boot. Trying to claim that I have been withholding his child from him just because he doesn't know how to pick up a telephone. So now I have contacted a lawyer. I sat here and counted up how many visits we have had and how many they have showed up to. There have been 18 visits scheduled and he has only showed up to 10 of those and four of those he was late showing up on ... But yet I am the bad person??? What? I have been very patient throughout these last few months where it took a test for him to WANT to become involved and he can't even dedicate himself to his son on these visits because of his needy girlfriend/fiance. I'm so sick of people and this world. Hopefully I can find a good lawyer who will see through this charade. UGH !!!!!!! I don't wanna type to much because then I will write something I will regret.
