Another 2 visits

Got another 2 visits done and underway.

July 9th visit
Last week was visit number 3 and we met at the park. Dennis and his son were playing quite a bit whenever his gf wasn't so needy. I understand why though because she is young and pregnant and hello I'm the ex that just came back into the picture over the last month due to him and I having a child. I think I would feel a little needy or insecure as well if I was in her position. Anyhow, back to the real subject at hand .... Visits are still going ok. It seems like whenever we schedule them they should never end and sometimes it feels like is it over yet. The day at the park was one of them that I wished would hurry up. Dennis interacted with his son fairly well and even got to see him laugh a few times. We spent most of the time talking about things dealing with his son around the picnic table and on the merry go round.

July 16th visit
Due to time schedules and the rain we decided to meet at Dennis' house for the visit yesterday. I picked up lunch for our son and arrived at about 1 pm. Things went pretty good. Dennis and his son were playing with matchbox cars together on the kitchen floor since it was linoleum and it was so funny because one of his puppies kept trying to play to. We ended up staying for about 3 1/2 hours then went to pick up "Dad" after he got off work. We watched a couple of cartoons and talked about things and agreed to go out to dinner so that Dennis could meet the man who is raising his son. It was a pretty quiet dinner and neither one of the guys talked much about anything regarding how our son is being raised like they wanted. Hopefully that will change in due time. After dinner I dropped dad and son off to take Dennis and Cerie home and ended up staying to talk and watched Terminator 2.
